STATIC FLOWS all levels

14 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr

90 Minuten - 55 Euro

Learn to flow around the base of the pole with fun spiraly combos! In this workshop Yvonne will teach you how to properly execute flow technique and spins on a static pole, make fluid transitions in and out fo tricks and ultimately combine it all while still keeping your smile up. 

POLE CHOREO all levels

15:45 Uhr bis 17:15 Uhr

90 Minuten - 55 Euro

 This is not your ordinary choreo, it's choreo Yvonne style! Be prepared for different movement, musicalitiy and flow! Get inspired to move in unexpected ways and get some inspiration for your own practise.
